Picture coming soon!This radio can be upgraded using a Bi-polar transistor amp board and 2879 transistors! I have learned to better tune the input and output to squeeze more out of it. With 2879's, it produces better than 1100 watts peak at 14.8 volts DC. A 100 amp power supply is needed to power the radio. ERF9530's will yield an estimated 800 peak, 1000 peak with HG2879's to 1200+ watts peak with China Toshiba's! Both the amp board and the transistors are costly and getting harder to find. So this model could be discontinued at any time.
BLUE 5 DIGIT FREQUENCY DISPLAY. Dual finals. RX/NB/AGC Schottky diode upgrade. Blue/Red TX/RX LED. Receive circuit upgrade. Cuts down white noise. Continuous channels, no skips using the +10Kc switch. The radio has been tuned and aligned by a professional with the proper equipment. All you have to do is hook it up and start talking! Receive circuit improved to lower noise floor which lessens white noise. This improves the signal to noise ratio of the receiver.

Each radio goes through 24 hours minimum of burn-in testing when it's finished. IT WILL BE RIGHT WHEN IT LEAVES MY SHOP!
Normal turn around times;
"Major Custom radio's" 280 to 320 business days.
"Custom/Modified radio's" 45 to 60 business days depending on model.
"Stock/No option radios" are usually 1 to 2 weeks.
Depending on the difficulty of your build or the builds in front of it, this time could be longer.
"Major Custom" in this case means that you have added an option that requires a significant modification(s) to the stock radio that takes more than 3 hours to install. Such as the SP-1a, AD-203, upgrading amp deck, LesComm RCI Noise Filter, etc. are considered Major Custom builds.
"Custom/Modified" examples include LesComm Enhancements, Basic Clarifier mod, Amp Switch, Hi Cut Filter, etc. just to name a few. However if you add a lot of these small upgrades it could move your order to the "Major Custom" category.
"Stock/No option" means just that. These receive only a general tune up.
***Does not apply to Scanners. Scanners ship within 48 hours of purchase.
