Scan FunctionThe President Ted FCC brings FM capability to the compact CB market. The small footprint of the Ted makes it a great choice when you don't have a lot of space to sacrifice. The case size is smaller than the Uniden Pro510.
On top of FM mode, President has also added their ASC automatic squelch control that automatically adjusts the squelch setting to filter out unwanted noise. If you want to do it yourself you still get manual control as well. Pressing the channel up/down buttons simultaneously, both on the microphone and front of the radio, activates the scan feature to search out active channels.
40 Channel 12 volt compact AM/FM CB radio with 2 emergency channels 9 and channel 19. Features front mount 6 pin microphone, Scan, Digital S-Meter, Up/Down channel selector, beep function, Time-Out-Timer, manual squelch and (ASC) Automatic squelch. Approximate radio dimensions: 4.53" W X 5.12" D X 1.77" H. Includes mounting bracket, microphone hanger, manual and hard-wired fused power cord.

"Major Custom" in this case means that you have added an option that requires a significant modification(s) to the stock radio that takes more than 3 hours to install.
Such as the LCSP-1a, AD-203, upgrading amp deck, LesComm RCI Noise Filter, etc. are considered Major Custom builds.
"Custom/Modified" examples include LesComm Enhancements, Basic Clarifier mod, Amp Switch, Hi Cut Filter, etc. just to name a few. However if you add a lot of these small upgrades it could move your order to the "Major Custom" category.
"Stock/No option" means just that. These receive only a general tune up._____
"Repairs" There is no time estimates on repairs. Simply because repairs are unpredictable. I will do my best to complete repairs in a timely manner but if you send me a basket case it's gonna take a long time!_____
