You are required to agree to these terms in order to purchase from this website.
I believe that quality is more important than quantity.
Customers are taking advantage of the many custom options we offer.
Due to the nature of the extensive customization's, normal turn around times are;
"Stock/No option radios" are usually 1 week.
"Custom/Modified radio's" 45 to 60 business days depending on model.
"Major Custom radio's" 280 to 320 business days depending on model.
**Depending on the difficulty of your build or the builds in front of it, this time could be longer.**
"Stock/No option" means just that. These receive only a general tune up.
"Custom/Modified" examples include LesComm Enhancements, Basic Clarifier mod, Amp Switch, Hi Cut Filter, etc. just to name a few. However if you add a lot of these small upgrades it could move your order to the "Major Custom" category.
"Major Custom" in this case means that you have added an option that requires a significant modification(s) to the stock radio that takes more than 3 hours to install.
Such as the LCSP-1a, AD-203, upgrading amp deck, LesComm RCI Noise Filter, etc. are considered Major Custom builds.
"Repairs" There is no time estimates on repairs. Simply because repairs are unpredictable. I will do my best to complete repairs in a timely manner but if you send me a basket case it's gonna take a long time!
There are no refunds for custom radio, amplifier or power supply and kit orders. No exceptions so please do not ask.
There is a 20% restocking fee on "as new, non-customized" radio returns.
Radios are built after they are ordered in the order of "payment" received.
Again, there are no refunds or returns on custom radio, amplifier, or power supply orders and kits, no exceptions.
NOTICE - Manufacturers of 10-meter radios do not allow returns for any reason and therefore 10 Meter radios are NOT acceptable for return and carry a factory warranty only. Connex, General, President, Galaxy, Any Tone , Ranger, and Stryker radios CANNOT be returned to us.

Do not operate a transmitter on frequencies you are not licensed to operate.
It is illegal to operate a non type accepted radio on CB frequencies.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the legal operation of your radio equipment.
Lester's Customs LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for your operation of equipment purchased from us.

All Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by or which is otherwise the property of Lester's Customs LLC/LesComm or its respective suppliers relating to the LesComm kits, including but not limited to, accessories, parts, or software relating there to (the“Expa Kit System”), is proprietary to Lester's Customs LLC/LesComm and protected under federal laws, state laws, and international treaty provisions. Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, inventions (patentable or unpatentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, software, computer programs, and related documentation and other works of authorship. You may not infringe or otherwise violate the rights secured by the Intellectual Property. Moreover, you agree that you will not (and will not attempt to) modify, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to create source code from the software. No title to or ownership in the Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with Lester's Customs LLC/LesComm and its suppliers.
**Kit installation instructions may be used and printed by those actually installing a LesComm kit.
